Esmira Miteeva Abdullaeva is a Founding Partner, Legal Director and Head of Real Estate at MH Legal & Seguros. She advises national and international clients on Spanish property transactions, contracts, wills and inheritance matters, combining legal analysis with practical experience managing transactions from initial review through completion and post-completion.

Her work includes property due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, identifying legal risks and coordinating with notaries, Land Registries, banks, estate agents, developers and public authorities. She also assists clients in notarial matters, including transactions conducted under powers of attorney.

Her background encompasses legal operations, international client relations, mediation, and legal and business translation. This combination informs her approach to matters involving different languages, jurisdictions and professional teams, with an emphasis on precise documentation, clear communication and informed decisions.

Outside her professional practice, Esmira plays the violin and piano and enjoys learning languages.
