MH Legal & Seguros continues the work of Martí Hornung, the practice founded in Dénia in 2015 by lawyer and insurance broker Brian Martí Hornung. Its origins brought together the two disciplines that remain central to our work: legal advice and insurance brokerage.
In 2026, lawyer Esmira Miteeva Abdullaeva joined the practice. Together, they decided to combine their experience and establish MH Legal & Seguros as an international firm practising Spanish law.
This new chapter builds on the original practice while developing a shared professional vision, with property law and conveyancing, litigation, inheritance and wills, and insurance as its main areas of practice.
